YOUR MISSION
- Business development – developing our distribution partnerships in East European countries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pool builders across Eastern Europe through regular visits and great services
- Promote our products and innovations and guide new customers to local distributors
- Collaborate closely with distributor teams
- Collect relevant market data, derive sales actions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Organize customer training sessions, open days or joint sales events
- Provide comprehensive support for technical, service, and marketing issues
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with leadership team
- Own all field activities and drive sales performance across the region
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven track record in Sales or Business Development, connected with high technical affinity
- Experienced in promoting brands to international distributors
- Ability to travel internationally
- Strong personal confidence and a professional, assured demeanor
- High resilience
- Open-minded approach with a strategic yet problem-solving mindset
- Sensitive and respectful handling of customer and supplier relationships
- Independent working style with transparent tracking of execution and results
- English speaking, additional languages relevant for EU would be appreciated
